For unzipping? Some phone can do it with their manager, in case it's not possible you could try Zarchive.
I don't understand what to do after extracting the file
It would be a good idea to make it to a downloadable data to see it in the media app to see better what you try to explain in the video.

It's not there
Did you install the apk? It's the passage before copying the files.
yes it's just not there
Try this then, re-install the apk, open the game, consent at the file stuff, return back and check if there is now the folder
